The 2007 version of this delicious Gruner was a Wine Spectator 93! The 2008 looks to be equally good as a vintage and the 2008 Allram Gruner certainly lives up to its past. The Wine Spectator said of the 2007: "This elegant Grüner has an intense minerality that is supported by a vibrant acidity. There's fine balance to the grapefruit, lentil and white pepper flavors, with hints of anise and savory herb on the precise finish." A magnificent buy!
